Job Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth initiatives for a product-focused fintech environment. This role will own strategy, budget allocation, campaign execution, attribution, and ROI, while working closely with leadership, sales, product, and analytics teams to drive scalable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth Ownership

  • Define and execute performance marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Own acquisition metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities

Paid Media Leadership

  • Lead and optimize large-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
  • Execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness to conversion to remarketing)
  • Drive structured experimentation through A/B testing and performance analysis

Analytics & Attribution

  • Own analytics setup including GA4, GTM, Pixels, and CRM integrations
  • Ensure accurate attribution modeling and funnel tracking
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and mentor performance marketing team members and/or agencies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, Content, and Tech teams
  • Present performance reports and growth plans to leadership

Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Improve landing page performance and conversion rates
  • Align marketing efforts with sales conversion and revenue outcomes

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • At least 1+ year in a managerial or team lead role
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven experience managing large monthly advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM-based tracking
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience in product-based companies (FinTech or startup background preferred)
