Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and retention initiatives for the UK and EU markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven strategies that increase traffic, drive conversions, and maximize ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Amazon Ads, and email automation platforms.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and local regulations to tailor campaigns specifically for UK and EU audiences.
  • Optimize campaign structure, targeting, and creative assets for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage performance budgets, forecast spend, and deliver on acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional brand, content, and e-commerce teams to align creative direction and campaign messaging.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Test and implement new marketing technologies, ad formats, and audience strategies.
  • Manage and maintain data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and EU data privacy standards.
  • Drive growth in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels through multichannel strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across EU or UK markets.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale budgets across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic buying, retargeting, and attribution models.
  • Experience with CRM and email automation tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in performance reporting tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK/EU digital marketing regulations and consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional EU language is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating the team and stakeholders.
