What we want:
We are looking to onboard a performance-driven digital marketing professional with 6-7 years strong hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.

What You will do:

  • Lead, build, and manage the biddable performance team while driving strategy and execution of performance-based campaigns across DSPs and major biddable platforms.
  • Own end-to-end delivery and scaling of biddable media campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with CPA, ROAS, and conversion-focused outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-led campaigns aligned to CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals
  • Own media planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance forecasting
  • Build and scale high-intent audiences using behavioral, interest, and performance data
  • Manage Google Ads and social media platforms with a strong focus on efficiency and scale
  • Monitor campaigns daily and take proactive optimization actions
  • Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and insights
  • Deliver clear, outcome-focused reports highlighting impact, learnings, and next steps
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to improve CTR, CVR, and overall efficiency
  • Work closely with SEO, analytics, and other teams to drive integrated performance strategies


Requirements

  • 6-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing managing large-scale budgets
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with programmatic platforms and media buying (Amazon DSP is an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
