Location: Remote Work
Work shift: 8AM to 5PM SG time

Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and obsessed with ROI? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of our campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms—someone who lives and breathes metrics, creativity, and strategic growth.
Job Purpose:
As our Performance Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive the success of our marketing initiatives by managing and optimizing high-impact performance campaigns. You’ll use data-backed strategies to increase customer acquisition, maximize ROI, and push our brand to new heights—especially in key international markets like the US and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute robust marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive quality traffic and results.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on TikTok advertising initiatives.
  • Run direct-to-consumer marketing to boost sales and brand engagement.
Regional & Local Market Expertise:
  • Manage campaigns across multiple global markets, tailoring strategies to local audiences.
  • Deep focus on US and New Zealand markets—aligning with cultural trends and compliance.
Revenue & Sales Alignment:
  • Set and achieve revenue goals in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Ensure marketing plans support broader commercial objectives.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
  • Use e-commerce and UX insights to improve website journeys and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Contribution:
Support other tasks or special projects as needed—you're a team player!
What You Bring:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Work Experience:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (food manufacturing, e-commerce, or agency background preferred).
  • Proven success in Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign execution on TikTok & YouTube.
  • Familiarity with international markets and direct-to-consumer strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for conversion-focused UX.
Training & Certifications:
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification.
  • Google Analytics IQ.
  • Bonus: HubSpot, CRO, Data Visualization, Marketing Automation.
