About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital ad spend and creative strategy. In this role, you will execute paid campaigns across Meta and Google, acting as the bridge between data-driven advertising and engaging visual content. You will not only run the campaigns and guide our animators, but you will also take full responsibility for the Return on Investment (ROI), ensuring our marketing budget translates directly into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the ROI (Return on Investment): Take full accountability for the profitability of all paid campaigns. Continuously monitor Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and overall ROI, adjusting strategies rapidly to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Meta Ads Management: Plan, launch, and manage targeted campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to scale profitable campaigns.
  • Google Ads Management: Execute Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, YouTube). Manage bidding, conduct keyword research, and optimize ad placements to capture high-intent traffic and drive conversions.
  • Creative Strategy & Storyboarding: Act as the creative director for paid social content. Develop clear storyboards and visual briefs for our animators to produce high-performing, trend-relevant video assets (like Reels and Shorts).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to uncover trends and actionable insights. Provide regular, transparent reports detailing spend, revenue generated, and strategic next steps.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • A proven track record of tracking, reporting on, and taking responsibility for campaign ROI/ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
  • A creative eye with the ability to conceptualize short-form video content and draft storyboards that align with direct-response marketing goals.
  • Excellent budget management skills and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively brief animators and report performance metrics to stakeholders.
