PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?


  • Plan and execute digital campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces (search, shopping, display, video, social).
  • Maintain a structured daily routine for tracking budgets, pacing, and spend efficiency; proactively suggest optimizations and corrective actions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, manage negative keyword strategies, and ensure alignment with platform-specific ad policies; confidently challenge agency or vendor recommendations when needed.
  • Launch and manage e-commerce-specific campaign types such as CPAS, Coop, and Collab Ads; ensure tracking, reporting, and optimization are aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze and interpret target audience data and behavioral insights to fine-tune segmentation, creatives, and funnel strategies.
  • Run A/B tests on audiences, ad creatives, and bidding strategies; share actionable learnings with internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, or performance issues and implement solutions in real time.
  • Maintain campaign documentation including logs, test summaries, and budget notes; share updates regularly.
  • Keep dashboards and performance reports (ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR) current; escalate issues with proposed solutions.
  • Stay ahead of trends and best practices in digital marketing, ad tech, retail media, and AI-enhanced advertising.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • 2–5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns on agency or brand side.
  • Proficient in campaign management across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Programmatic (e.g., Adform), and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Experienced in programmatic and e-commerce advertising dynamics and able to challenge media partners effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to extract insights from campaign data and audience behavior.
  • Confident working with data tools such as Excel/Sheets, pivot tables, GA4, Funnel, Adjust, Appsflyer, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English; communicates insights and recommendations clearly and with impact.
