Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level) who excels at transforming data into decisions, campaigns into conversions, and strategy into scalable results. This individual will play a key role in driving ROI-focused marketing initiatives across key digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Paid Social, Search, Display, and more.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, etc.
- Leverage insights and data analytics to inform creative and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of proven hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing roles.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets and performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while driving consistent growth in ROI and customer acquisition.
- Highly self-motivated, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
