Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer or Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve target goals and maximize ROI. This role involves working closely with the marketing team and management to develop and implement effective strategies for audience targeting, segmentation, and performance improvement.
Qualifications and Skills Required :
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms like Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, audience targeting, and segmentation techniques.
- Expertise in campaign optimization, keyword research, and A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and other ad performance tracking platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and management.
- Ability to deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across campaigns.
- Must have good expertise on GA4, GTag, Google Ads and other tracking tools.
- Have handled the budget of more than 2 crore per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals, including ROI, CPA, and conversions.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop strategies to enhance ad performance and align with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation for precise targeting.
- Execute A/B testing to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze ad traffic, ROI, and conversion funnels on landing pages and websites.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure advertising efforts align with broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with management to ensure optimal budget allocation and ROI.
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize performance and cost-efficiency.
