Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets, analyzing data, and driving measurable ROI for e-commerce or lead-generation brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and reduce CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create, test, and scale ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for performance improvement.
- Track daily performance metrics to understand campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and monthly ad spends efficiently.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative development.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Analytics.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithm changes, and tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with e-commerce / D2C / SaaS marketing preferred.
- Certification in Google or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with remarketing, Lookalike audiences, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of Email or WhatsApp campaign automation tools.
