Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable results. This role focuses on performance-based advertising, data-driven decision-making, and continuous campaign improvement to achieve ROI and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital networks.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize to improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies and visuals.
- Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and strategy) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Generate regular reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing PPC, paid social, and display campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad management platforms.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
