We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth journey and take our acquisition and retention strategies to the next level.

Role Overview

You will own and scale Fixail’s performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. From strategy to execution, you’ll plan, implement, and optimize campaigns that fuel user acquisition, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies for Fixail.
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct customer behavior analysis to shape ad creatives and audience targeting.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages and ad funnels with the design/content team.
  • Set up advanced tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Run A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and CTAs to improve CTRs and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align campaigns with overall startup growth strategy.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure Fixail’s marketing is cutting-edge and competitive.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth in startups or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and how to craft ads that convert.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
  • Creative mindset to collaborate with content and design teams on ad creatives.
  • Ability to own the performance marketing roadmap and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools, remarketing, and automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing basics.
  • Exposure to app marketing (Firebase, App Campaigns).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
