Job Description


Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across key platforms including Google, Meta, and Snapchat. This role will focus on driving measurable growth, enhancing ROAS, and contributing to customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaign effectiveness across both online and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute paid media strategies aligned with seasonal campaigns and product launches.

  • Manage campaign setup, including segmentation, budget control, bidding strategy, and creative alignment.

  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track campaign metrics in real-time and adjust bids, creatives, and budgets accordingly to meet KPIs.

  • Report weekly and monthly performance, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the content and e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts with stock levels and promotions.

  • Brief creatives and provide performance feedback based on real-time data.

Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and new marketing trends.

  • Identify emerging platforms and testing opportunities to scale performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, ideally Snapchat/TikTok).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets efficiently.

  • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.

  • Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.
