About the Role

Conroar is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for a Gurgaon-based Tech client.

You’ll be on Conroar’s payroll and work directly with the client’s marketing leadership team to manage end-to-end LinkedIn Ads and paid acquisition campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.

The role suits someone analytical, hands-on with paid platforms, and capable of optimizing CAC and pipeline efficiency in a B2B tech demand-generation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create and optimize audience segments based on firmographics, job titles, and intent data.
  • Manage Google Ads and retargeting campaigns as secondary channels.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR and CPL.
  • Track performance using UTM tagging, GA4, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to align campaign messaging and targeting.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance with actionable insights.
  • Maintain budget pacing, bid adjustments, and ROI optimization across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes and new ad formats relevant to B2B Tech.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of performance marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager (setup → optimization → reporting).
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and HubSpot/Pardot integrations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Sheets, or BI dashboards).
  • Understanding of B2B lead gen metrics (MQL, SQL, CPL, CAC, ROI).
  • Experience with retargeting, audience expansion, and budget optimization.
  • Certification in LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
