Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee our digital advertising campaigns across multiple geographies and treatment categories. The ideal candidate will have experience running Google/YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-platform paid media strategies for Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, tailored to the needs of our diverse treatment categories and geographical markets.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and align campaigns with customer personas for each treatment category (cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental).
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on lead generation and patient acquisition.
- Write compelling ad copy (in collaboration with our in house copywriter), create ad visuals (in collaboration with the design team), and test creative variations to improve performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spending while achieving maximum impact.
- Stay updated with platform-specific advertising trends, algorithm updates, and new features to remain competitive in the digital advertising space.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Perform A/B testing for landing pages and funnel strategies to optimize conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing performance marketing campaigns across Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of international markets, with an ability to tailor campaigns to different cultural and linguistic contexts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and related ad platforms.
- Experience with healthcare, medical tourism, or a similar industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset for content creation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
