The ideal candidate will have experience running Google/YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute cross-platform paid media strategies for Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, tailored to the needs of our diverse treatment categories and geographical markets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify target audiences and align campaigns with customer personas for each treatment category (cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental).</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on lead generation and patient acquisition.</li><li>Write compelling ad copy (in collaboration with our in house copywriter), create ad visuals (in collaboration with the design team), and test creative variations to improve performance.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spending while achieving maximum impact.</li><li>Stay updated with platform-specific advertising trends, algorithm updates, and new features to remain competitive in the digital advertising space.</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.</li><li>Perform A/B testing for landing pages and funnel strategies to optimize conversions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience (3+ years) managing performance marketing campaigns across Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools.</li><li>Knowledge of international markets, with an ability to tailor campaigns to different cultural and linguistic contexts.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and related ad platforms.</li><li>Experience with healthcare, medical tourism, or a similar industry is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset for content creation.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
