Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re Hiring – Performance Marketing Specialist | Lahore

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team in Lahore. This role will drive paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and AI-powered platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns

Monitor performance, build dashboards, and report actionable insights

Manage budgets and forecast ROI

Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing

Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and product teams

Explore AI tools for content, automation, and campaign optimization

Requirements:

Candidates should be based in Lahore

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field

3–5 years in performance/digital marketing

Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI/automation tools

Preferred: Programmatic/display ads, Shopify/WooCommerce, CRO tools, Google/Meta certifications
