We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our performance department. This role is perfect for a results-driven performance expert with advanced hands-on media buying skills and strong analytical acumen, ready to take the next step toward strategic ownership without the full team management responsibility just yet.

You'll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and collaborate with creative, analytics, and client servicing teams to deliver data-informed campaigns that drive growth across channels.


Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize cross-platform campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Take ownership of client strategy and performance KPIs for a set of high-value accounts.

- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing ad assets.

- Develop acquisition funnels for lead gen and e-commerce clients.

- Set up, QA, and monitor conversion tracking and server-side event tracking.

- Use GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution tools to produce insights and optimizations.

- Contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reporting.

- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and privacy regulations.

- Support department heads in developing testing roadmaps and process improvements.

Ability to perform basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, topic cluster development, and SEO opportunity analysis. - Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.

- Collaborate with content teams to ensure landing pages and ad destinations align with search intent and support performance goals.


What You Bring

- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.

- Proficiency in multi-channel campaign management including Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Proven track record of hitting KPIs with a data-first mindset.

- Strong experience with GA4, Ads Managers, and performance dashboards.

- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, attribution, and UTM structure.

- Excellent communication skills-strategic brief writing, client presentations.

- Organized, proactive, and performance-obsessed.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
