Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of scaling brands through Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has successfully generated revenue of PKR 10-20 MILLION or more for local or international brands through paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Strategize and manage ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and continuously improve performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Develop and test creative ad strategies to scale campaigns efficiently.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience generating at least PKR 10–20 Million in revenue through Meta or Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or brand scaling campaigns.
• Proficiency in ad analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience managing international ad accounts or multiple brand portfolios.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gujranwala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
