About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to scale the online sales of our growing e-commerce brands. You will lead strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid performance channels with the core goal of driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROAS-positive growth.
This role requires someone who deeply understands consumer behaviour, has hands-on experience managing performance budgets, and knows how to turn insights into revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to drive e-commerce sales.
- Manage full-funnel paid strategies (awareness → retargeting → conversion).
- Build, test, and scale winning ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Set up A/B tests across creatives, bids, placements, and audience segments.
E-Commerce Growth & Conversion Optimization
- Own paid performance KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CVR, LTV.
- Improve website conversions by analysing user behaviour, funnel drop-off, and heatmaps.
- Work closely with the e-commerce & content teams to ensure product pages, offers, and landing pages are optimised for paid traffic.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.
- Implement advanced tracking (UTMs, pixel setup, custom events, GA4).
Strategy & Growth
- Develop paid media strategies for new product launches, variety packs, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with creatives to make high-performing ad assets tailored to the brand tone.
Budget & Scaling
- Manage monthly paid budgets with strong discipline and ROI focus.
- Scale winning campaigns efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Allocate spend smartly across Meta, Google, TikTok based on performance data.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in DTC F&B Brands
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of growing e-commerce website sales and achieving strong ROAS.
- Excellent understanding of pixels, events, tracking, retargeting audiences, and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
- Creative mindset with understanding of Gen-Z style content and what captures attention.
- Ability to work quickly, test fast, and optimise faster.
