Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist executes, optimizes, and scales paid campaigns. This role is hands-on and focused on continuous improvement through testing, iteration, and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, and bid strategies
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
  • Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs
  • Work with design and content teams to improve ad performance
  • Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM
  • Share weekly performance reports and insights
  • Support scaling of winning campaigns

Requirements

  • 1 - 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Strong execution skills across Google and Meta Ads
  • Working knowledge of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
  • Experience in lead generation, SaaS, or EdTech is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 51 per week
