We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid advertising, analytics, and strategy building to drive measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI, reduce CPA, and increase lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Develop weekly and monthly performance reports to showcase key metrics and outcomes.
- Work closely with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum efficiency in spending.
- Maintain strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and take data-backed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Experience in creating remarketing and retargeting strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO basics and CRM platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
