Rayna Tours is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google/Meta/TikTok, build high-converting landing pages, and run lifecycle programs (Email & WhatsApp) that move leads from click → booking. You’ll partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1) Paid & Performance Marketing
- Own full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and relevant travel affiliates/OTAs.
- Build account structures, keyword strategies, negatives, audiences, and bid/budget plans by market (UAE + international).
- Set up UTM governance, conversion tracking via GA4 + GTM, and offline conversions/CRM feedback loops.
- Run continuous A/B tests (ad copy, creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding) and drive CRO on-site.
- Create and manage landing pages (Webflow/WordPress/Elementor or similar); ensure speed, mobile UX, and SEO hygiene.
- Report weekly on ROAS, CAC/CPL/CPA, CVR, CTR, Impression Share, and channel-wise contribution to bookings.
2) Email & WhatsApp Marketing + Sales Coordination
- Plan, build, and send Email & WhatsApp journeys (welcome, browse abandon, cart/lead nurture, re-engagement, post-booking upsell).
- Segment audiences by intent, nationality, destination interest, and lifecycle stage; personalize offers.
- Improve deliverability and opt-ins; manage templates, sender IDs, and compliance (opt-in/opt-out, data privacy).
- Work with Sales/Contact Center to refine lead routing, SLA, scoring, and feedback on lead quality by campaign.
- Create campaign assets (briefs, short-form copy, basic visuals) with designers/creators; maintain brand consistency.
Skills & Qualifications:-
- Proven track record running performance campaigns at scale (preferably travel/e-commerce/hospitality).
- Strong hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio (dashboards), and basic Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with email/CRM and WhatsApp platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp/ MoEngage/ WebEngage, etc.)
- Comfort with A/B testing & CRO tools (Google Optimize alternatives, VWO/Optimizely, Hotjar/Clarity).
- Data-driven mindset; can translate insights into clear actions and forecasts.
Bonus Points:-
- Experience in media buying across other channels.
- Understanding of marketing psychology and user behavior.
- Familiarity with the Travel industry.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
