Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, pixel/conversion tracking, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures aligned with client goals and brand tone.
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams for integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience running Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
