Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, pixel/conversion tracking, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures aligned with client goals and brand tone.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all paid media channels.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams for integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience running Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
