About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google (Search & Display), Meta and other platforms. This role is data-driven and performance-oriented, focusing on maximizing ROAS, improving conversion rates, and scaling acquisition channels. The role requires the incumbent to be familiar Google Ads as well advertising management dashboards for common social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms. Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

· Define and monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS). Manage approved media budgets to ensure effective allocation across the digital media mix / channels.

· Define targeting strategy for paid campaigns and boosting across social media channels. Research and implement keyword strategies for search campaigns.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-converting ad copy and assets for paid campaign as well as always categories.

· Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Should be familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads. Looker Studio is a plus.

· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

· Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and digital trends.

Skills & Experience Required

· 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management. Proficiency in Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a must.

· Proven track record of managing Google Search, Google Display & Video (YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ad campaigns.

· Strong analytical and campaign attribution skills, utilizing industry standard attribution tools and techniques.

· Experience in funnel mapping, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.

Nice to Haves

· Experience optimizing B2B SaaS websites.

· Familiarity with conversion tracking via GTM, API integrations, and pixel setup.

· Certifications in B2B Performance Marketing, Google Ads or Meta Ads Blueprint are a plus.
