Performance Marketing Specialist

As a digitally native furniture brand, we use data, technology, and customer experience as our core competitive advantages, building a brand centered around personalization and thoughtful living.

We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will focus on hands on execution and learning how to scale digital growth in a complex, real world business.

What you’ll do 🚀

• Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels

• Support campaign setup, testing, and daily optimizations

• Monitor performance metrics and help prepare regular reports and analyses

• Assist with creative testing including formats, messaging, and audience experiments

• Work closely with Growth, Design, and Content teams on campaign execution

• Learn how full funnel growth works in a digitally driven, customer experience led brand

• Contribute to improving digital acquisition in a traditionally offline category

Who you are 👀

• 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing

• Strong academic background from a top tier university

• Hands on experience or strong interest in Meta and Google Ads

• Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics

• Highly detail oriented, curious, and eager to learn fast

• Strong analytical mindset with an execution focus

• Fluent in English

• People management experience is not required
