Performance Marketing Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on growth, efficiency, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels

Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CAC, and overall efficiency

Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations

Coordinate with creative, content, and external agencies to improve ad performance

Manage budgets, testing frameworks, and performance reporting
Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Strong understanding of paid media platforms, tracking, and analytics

Data-driven mindset with the ability to scale winning campaigns

Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands preferred
