Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong performance-driven mindset and hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major advertising platforms to drive qualified leads, conversions, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor and improve campaign performance across key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and performance pacing
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies and creatives in collaboration with the design/content team
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve overall performance
- Analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven optimization approach
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
- Experience working in agency or SaaS environments
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
