We need an agile and super-motivated Performance Marketer who can work independently to lead our paid acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of our digital campaigns, responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels. You should be a fast learner with a passion for driving measurable results and a track record of high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates continuously and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
Requirements
Required Software & Skills:
- Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Skills: Campaign management, A/B testing, audience segmentation, budget management, and strong analytical abilities.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a institution in Marketing or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish.
- Highly analytical, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
