Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Performance Marketer

Role Summary
We are looking for a performance marketer who focuses on measurable growth. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate qualified leads, reduce acquisition cost, and improve overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Create and test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, copies, creatives, and targeting strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and improve return on ad spend
  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Set up tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and other analytics tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models
  • Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns preferred
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO concepts
  • Good understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–6 years experience in performance marketing or paid media management
  • Experience managing measurable growth campaigns

Preferred

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Service-based businesses
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation tools
  • Exposure to AI tools for ad creatives and campaign optimization

Success Metrics

  • Cost per Lead (CPL) improvement
  • Conversion rate growth
  • ROAS improvement
  • Lead quality and revenue contribution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
