Job Title: Performance Marketer
Role Summary
We are looking for a performance marketer who focuses on measurable growth. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate qualified leads, reduce acquisition cost, and improve overall marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Create and test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, copies, creatives, and targeting strategies
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and improve return on ad spend
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Set up tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and other analytics tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
- Experience with lead generation campaigns preferred
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO concepts
- Good understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–6 years experience in performance marketing or paid media management
- Experience managing measurable growth campaigns
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Service-based businesses
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation tools
- Exposure to AI tools for ad creatives and campaign optimization
