Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads + Social Media + Digital Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage paid advertising, social media marketing, and overall digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing marketing ROI across multiple channels.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands both paid media and organic digital growth.

Key Responsibilities Google Ads & PPC

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking.
  • Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Manage paid social campaigns and audience targeting.
  • Create content calendars and coordinate with designers/content creators.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
  • Build brand awareness and community engagement.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Manage email marketing and retargeting campaigns.
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in PPC and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience running international marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
