About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with strong expertise in running performance campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have experience handling lead generation and eCommerce campaigns, along with managing international clients or projects. Experience working with a digital marketing agency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce businesses.
• Manage international projects and multi-market client accounts.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, A/B testing, and budget planning.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for effective campaign execution.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Proven experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
• Experience managing international clients or multi-country campaigns.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a must.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Delhi-based candidates preferred.
