Job Description: PPC Team Lead

Role Overview:

As a PPC Team Lead, you will oversee and execute a wide range of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various digital channels. You will be responsible for managing a team of specialists, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring client success through data-driven decisions and innovative strategies. The role involves a mix of hands-on campaign management, creative ideation, and leadership, all while maintaining a strong focus on achieving results in the e-commerce niche.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

·

o Create, plan, and execute diverse PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

o Oversee existing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and adjustments.

o Manage and optimize merchant center accounts and product feeds.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

·

o Analyze trends and campaign data to drive decision-making and identify optimization opportunities.

o Produce detailed analysis and performance reports for campaigns.

Creative Development:

·

o Write engaging ad copy and proofread content for quality and effectiveness.

o Make creative suggestions for advert templates and designs to improve engagement.

Team Leadership:

·

o Lead and mentor the PPC team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

o Provide training and guidance to enhance team members' skills and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven ability to manage large-scale PPC ad accounts effectively.

· Experience in handling e-commerce campaigns with a strong track record of success.

· Solid understanding of PPC's role within the broader digital marketing ecosystem for e-commerce businesses.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.

· Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

· Leadership experience in managing a PPC or digital marketing team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
