About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Account Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients (or internal business units) and be responsible for driving ROI, optimizing ad performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across search, social, and display channels
  • Own campaign management end-to-end: keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, performance analysis
  • Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand goals, develop media plans, and present performance reports and insights
  • Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns are on track and delivering against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)
  • Stay on top of trends and platform updates across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
  • Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and innovation within accounts
  • Work closely with creative, content, analytics, and web teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
