Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will lead performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyze campaign performance metrics, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with the internal teams to manage budgets, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in customer acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple brands
- Manage campaigns across major platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Solid Experience with Google tag manager and merchant center
- Build and optimize full-funnel strategies focused on traffic, conversions, revenue growth, and return on ad spend
- Handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously while tailoring strategy to each brand's market, audience, and objectives
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, content, ecommerce, and marketing to ensure alignment and strong campaign execution
- Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and funnel performance to uncover insights and growth opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance daily and take proactive action to improve efficiency and results
- Ensure proper tracking, pixel setup, event measurement, and reporting accuracy
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and business impact
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying
- Strong ecommerce experience is a must
- Proven experience managing campaigns for multiple brands at the same time
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions and results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience working across or targeting the UAE, USA, Libya, and Egypt markets
- Experience with multi-market ecommerce growth strategies
- Exposure to fast-paced environments with high ownership and performance expectations
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, customer acquisition strategies, and online retail trends.
