Performance Marketing Specialist – UAE/GCC

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven digital advertising, preferably in B2B services, consulting, finance, or tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL (Cost per Lead), and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Set up conversion tracking via Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and competitor activities in the UAE/GCC market.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B services/consulting/finance/tech.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads / Analytics certification is required.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Cost per Lead (CPL) – optimized within target.
  • Lead Quality – percentage of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Conversion Rate (ad click → form submission).
  • Growth in website traffic and engagement through paid campaigns.
