SeeBiz is a fast-growing B2B wholesale marketplace connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers globally. Our platform helps businesses build storefronts, find buyers, and scale through digital commerce.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns that drive qualified B2B leads and marketplace growth. This role requires expertise in media buying, funnel strategy, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Design and optimize full-funnel strategies (awareness to conversion)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Build and refine audience segments (retargeting, lookalikes, intent-based)
• Track performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and ad platforms
• Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize budgets
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams for campaign alignment

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of funnel optimization, CRO, and attribution
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

• Candidates from the IT sector with experience in the US market
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environments is a plus

• Cost per Lead (CPL) & Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Conversion Rate & ROAS
• Lead quality and sales conversion
