Performance Media Buyer

Responsibilities :-

1.Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta/Native Ads campaigns.

2.Experience with Search Arbitrage models like AFD and RSoC. Tonic, Predicto, ExplorAds feed experience is a bonus.

3.Development & testing of clickbait hooks, headlines & topics

4.Monitoring and optimization of CTR, CPC, RPM & ROI

5.Scaling successful setups – lowering the CPC and increasing the profit.

6.Use and control of creatives produced either by our AI tools or our designing team.

7.Close collaboration with tracking/analytics for data-driven decisions.

What you should bring :-

1.Experience with Meta/Native Ads in a performance-based environment. Tiktok experience is also desirable.

2.A feel for viral topics and user-driven behavior

3 You love to test things quickly, make mistakes – and learn.

4.Familiar with metrics like RPM, CTR, ROI? Perfect.

5.Creative production runs via AI & our offshore team – you control, test, and scale.

6.No customer contact, no overhead – 100% focus on performance.
