Job Title: Senior Manager – Media Planning & Buying
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6–10 Years

We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong experience in media planning & buying across TV, Radio, Print, OOH, and Digital. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing integrated media strategies, negotiating with media vendors, and delivering effective campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end media planning & buying across offline and digital channels
• Develop strategic media plans using BARC/TAM and digital analytics tools
• Manage vendor negotiations, rate benchmarking, and inventory planning
• Oversee campaign execution, delivery, and optimization
• Present media strategies, reports, and insights to clients
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and client servicing teams
• Manage junior planners and ensure quality output

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in a media agency
• Strong knowledge of media math (BARC, TAM, GRP, CPRP, reach, frequency, affinity), and media planning tools
• Experience in TV planning is a must; additional experience in Print/Radio/OOH is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
