About the Role
10X Digital is looking for a Performance Media Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for delivering measurable growth for clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and able to take ownership of performance projects with the support of our experienced technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to meet client KPIs.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and proactive recommendations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client revenue growth.
- Provide insights on performance trends and new opportunities across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Work closely with internal teams—including SEO, design, and web development—to ensure seamless project execution.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in Dubai/UAE market.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to present performance reports clearly and confidently.
- A client-first mindset with commitment to delivering value and driving client growth.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
