Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in marketing (e.g., growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, events, etc.).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Design and lead full-funnel media strategies for YouTube to drive incremental mobile engagement and subscriptions growth.

Take charge of the entire media lifecycle from the initial brainstorm and strategy session to execution and analyzing results.

Act as a key partner, building strong relationships with leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to advocate your projects and get big ideas off the ground. Collaborate with our amazing regional partners across the world to launch, scale, and drive performance.

Translate campaign performance into compelling insights, communicating business impact and strategic opportunities to partners and executives.

Connect our paid, owned, and earned media, working with the Brand, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Owned and Operated (O&O), and Social teams to create impactful campaigns.
