We're looking for a Performance Media Manager – Paid Social to own and scale our paid social acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives on optimization, creative testing, and driving measurable ROI in a fast-paced, data-first environment.
As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing large-scale paid social campaigns that fuel customer acquisition across multiple financial product verticals.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
Drive lead generation and performance outcomes through continuous testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
Develop and maintain a strong creative testing roadmap, collaborating with content, analytics, and product teams to identify winning ad combinations.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS), and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
Use data to inform budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies across channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for social media platforms and external partners.
Deliver clear performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior marketing leadership.
Stay ahead of emerging paid social trends, technologies, and platform updates to keep Highwinds at the forefront of fintech marketing innovation.
5+ years of paid social experience with 2+ years in performance marketing or lead generation.
Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with measurable ROI in fintech, lead gen, or financial services.
Deep understanding of social ad platforms, tracking, attribution, and optimization best practices.
Strong creative instincts—able to identify what drives engagement and conversion across diverse audiences.
Proficiency in A/B testing, data interpretation, and statistical significance (p-values, confidence intervals).
Experience with budget management, pacing, and performance forecasting.
Analytical thinker with mastery of performance tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced growth environment.
