Job Purpose: To serve as an analytical and oversight arm of the Board of Directors by monitoring the overall strategic and operational performance of the Group, ensuring that objectives and approved plans are achieved in line with the highest standards of governance, transparency, and business excellence.

The role provides the Chairman and Board Members with accurate and objective reports on financial and operational performance and submits data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments and subsidiaries on a regular basis.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and submit them directly to the Chairman.
  • Analyze financial and operational trends and provide comparative reports highlighting deviations and root causes.
  • Recommend corrective actions and performance enhancement measures to relevant departments.
  • Ensure alignment of KPIs with the Group’s strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with executive department heads to assess compliance with approved operational plans.
  • Review excellence and improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with the Group’s vision.
  • Contribute to building an integrated governance and performance framework based on EFQM, COSO, and ISO standards.
  • Provide independent, data-driven, and objective reports to the Board regarding overall organizational performance.
  • Participate in Board meetings and deliver analytical presentations on performance status and future outlook.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 100% of performance reports submitted on schedule.
  • 100% coverage of departments and subsidiaries in quarterly performance reviews.
  • Minimum 98% data accuracy in analytical and executive reports.
  • At least 90% implementation of approved Board recommendations within target timelines.
  • Minimum 10% annual improvement in overall corporate performance indicators.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. Master’s degree (MBA or Master in Governance/Business Excellence) preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in performance analysis, governance, or senior executive management.
  • Strong knowledge of global governance and performance frameworks (EFQM, COSO, ISO 9001, Balanced Scorecard).
  • Proven experience preparing executive-level reports and Board dashboards.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High integrity, independence, and professionalism in conducting oversight duties.
