• Solid knowledge in programming and scripting languages required performance tools like Loadrunner, JMeter and Neoload.

• Strong knowledge about performance concepts, NFR gathering understanding the application architecure and ability to carry out performance bottleneck analysis in collaboration with all the stakeholders.

• Good knowledge in diagnostic and APM tools like Appdynamics, Dynatrace, Perfmon/Nmon etc.

• Ability to handle and lead a performance testing team efficiently.

• Problem-solving skills - Ability to troubleshoot the problems/issues.

• Devops process/setup and implementation.

• Good decision-making ability and Test effort estimation properly.

• Ability to communicate well to customers and other members of the team.

• E2E testing knowledge and performance testing approach.

• Ability to prepare appropriate performance testing documents like Test plan, approach and strategy.
