JOB PURPOSE:
To supervise conducting system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability. In addition to, working with testing team to develop performance test plans, cases, analyse test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
Description
1.Supervise the evaluation of Non-Functional Requirement documents and identify performance test needs; types of tests, scripting scenarios, volume projections, etc. to aggregate business and technical requirements into quality Systems and Services.
2.Define performance test objectives, and determine acceptable performance levels to ensure that the performance of developed systems is thoroughly tested before going into production.
3.Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios, and validate executed test results to verify the reliability of the systems under test and its adherence to specifications and standards.
4.Ensure developing performance test plans and test scripts using industry best practices and standards to get the maximum ROI of time and effort invested in performance testing phase.
5.Provide recommendations for procedural improvements and performance tuning based on test results and analysis. to enhance quality and performance.
6.Validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the product that the project/program will produce to maintain quality standards.
7.Define, develop and execute Performance Testing strategy for large- scale projects to ensure proper planning.
8.Supervise the coordination of testing activities with the rest of development team to avoid conflicts.
9.Communicate effective Reports for Performance Testing Results that provide all the information needed by the project stakeholders and senior management for decision-making.

10.Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Day-to-Day Operations
11.Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Application Management, Development & Digital Solutions department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Supervision
12.Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
Compliance
13.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
