PERFUME SALES

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Perfume Sales Associate to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain with strong sales skills and a good understanding of perfumes and fragrances. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations
• Demonstrate and explain perfume notes, brands, and product features
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
• Maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness of the counter/store
• Manage stock levels and report shortages
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash accurately
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
• Available for immediate joining
• Previous experience in perfume or retail sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Multilingual skills (Arabic/English) are an advantage
