Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Perfume Sales Executive who is currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and promote our premium fragrance brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations
- Promote and upsell perfumes and related products
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock levels are accurate
- Assist with inventory management and product replenishment
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated with the latest perfume trends and brand knowledge
- Participate in store promotions and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
- Available for immediate joining
- Proven experience in perfume, cosmetics, or retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management
- Previous experience in Bahrain/GCC retail market
