Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Perfume Sales Manager to lead sales activities and drive growth for our fragrance brand. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure strong performance
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in stores
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
- Train and support the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or retail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals
- Good understanding of retail sales practices and market trends
Preferred
- Experience in managing perfume or fragrance brand sales
- Understanding of customer behavior and retail operations
