Perfume Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Perfume Specialist with expertise in perfume formulation, fragrance development, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of fragrance ingredients, blending techniques, and production processes
• Develop and formulate new perfume and fragrance products
• Select and source fragrance oils, essential oils, aroma chemicals, and other raw materials
• Create and refine fragrance blends based on market trends and customer requirements
• Monitor and manage the perfume production process from formulation to final packaging
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards
• Conduct fragrance testing, evaluation, and stability assessments
• Maintain detailed records of formulations and production procedures
• Research new fragrance ingredients and emerging industry trends
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams for product development
• Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues when required
