We are expanding our Dubai office team and seeking a Perfumer / Analyst to join our Middle East subsidiary.
The Role
We are seeking a Perfumer / Analyst to join our subsidiary in Dubai. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to contribute both creatively and technically, combining perfumery expertise with analytical precision. You will work closely with our regional and global teams to support fragrance development, evaluation, and client projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Develop, evaluate, and refine fragrances for diverse product categories.
- Conduct analytical assessments using advanced techniques (e.g., GC-MS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to align creations with client briefs and meet project deadlines.
- Provide technical and creative input in client presentations and project discussions.
- Modify and adapt to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality guidelines.

What profile are we looking for?

Degree in Chemistry or a related field (or equivalent perfumery school training).
- Experience as a Perfumer, Analytical Chemist, or in a combined role within the fragrance industry.
- Hands-on experience with analytical equipment and data interpretation.
- A creative mindset with a deep understanding of olfactive families, market needs, and brand positioning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
