Perfumer (Fragrance Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Perfumer at our R&D facility in Dubai, responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and preparing fragrance formulations according to approved formulas, while ensuring all safety, quality, and hygiene standards are strictly followed throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative fragrance formulations for different product categories
• Select and blend fragrance ingredients to achieve desired scent profiles
• Conduct fragrance evaluations and stability testing
• Modify and improve existing fragrance formulations based on customer feedback or product requirements
• Work closely with R&D, production, sales, and marketing teams on fragrance development projects
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on fragrance market trends, consumer preferences, and new raw materials
• Support customer presentations and fragrance demonstrations when required
• Manage fragrance libraries and raw material inventories.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemistry or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in fragrance manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of weighing scales, mixing equipment, and safe chemical handling
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
• Basic understanding of fragrances, essential oils, and aroma chemicals
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
